Hello, I am getting ready to start P90X, and am very ignorant in all the nutrition, and meal planning to live and eat healthier and lose weight. I was wondering if anyone has any good references, books, websites ect. that are easy to understand and very specific on what foods fit into each category, and is easy to understand for some one like me who has very little knowledge about the nutrition aspect of this program!!
I was also wanting to know if there is a difference in the Whey protein stuff I can buy at GNC for $50 and the the stuff I can get at Walmart for $15?
