My name is Kyle and I am so glad I found this website! I am going to start the P9OX tomorrow. I went through some of the workouts today, and it will definitely be a challenge, but a good challenge I think.

I'm 18 and I hardly have any muscle on me at all, but I hope to be able to lose about 20 pounds and also gain muscle while doing the P9OX. My meals consist of 6-8 cans of pop a day, fast food for lunch, and then somewhat of a nutritious meal for supper. I hope to turn this around and not drink any pop and have something nutritional during my meals and snacks throughout the day.

But anyway, I have been looking for a program and looking for information that would really help me look and eat better. The P9OX and this website has answered all of my questions that I have had, and I can't wait to get started on it! :)

I just stopped drinking pop 5 days ago and I had a killer head ache the first day. It was ruff just keep Tylenol or my favorite aleve. Stay strong and good luck the first day is the hardest. After the initial day it was not bad at all without pop I did have one 2 days ago but I didn't need it. And I still don't I was having a ruff day though.

I have both p90x and insanity. They were both given to me :P I am personally going to go with insanity first but I can not wait for p90x it looks like a good challenge. I do have some extra fat around the mid section. That is why I chose insanity.

Stay strong and keep working.

Way to go both of you with giving up pop. I went all last week without having one. I feel so much better replacing my pop intake with water. Good luck with your workouts!

Thanks ccain6205 and rebeccaf! Thats the way it is in my house also. I've realized that I can't throw it all away because other people drink it.. And that just makes it even harder.

Just keep strong! Soon enough you will barely even notice it in the fridge

I forget there is an aisle in the grocery store with pop in it. Once you get on a roll with what makes you feel good... you do tend to forget there's something else!

Good luck!
