    Howdy

Haha! I just now noticed there was an intro forum lol. I've actually just completed day 29 this evening after getting home from work. When I started, I was up to 335 lbs. I need to get some calipers to get a true reading on my body fat %, but according to my scale, I've now lost 13 lbs and 3% body fat. On Day 1, I think I MAYBE completed about 20% of Ab Ripper X. I was WAY out of shape. Yes, I still have a long way to go, but already love the results I'm starting to see. Tonight, I completed about 80-85% of it. It burned like hell, but I keep pushing through. Amazing program and I've already met some great people on here.

Oh yea, name's Dan. I live in Williamsburg, VA, 34, father of 3, married for 4½ years, hoping my own results will motivate the rest of the family, self-employed, and LOVING P90X!!!

    God Bless!!

    Welcome, Dan!

Good for you for not walking away when you realized you only did 20% of Ab ripper. A lot of people would have.
