If you have kids, you probably find yourself asking quite often “Why did you do that?” Have you ever asked yourself the same question?

Understanding your motivating factors in life is so important. A thorough understanding of what moves you can propel you to new heights in your fitness, your business, your relationships – and every other aspect of your life.

Last night I watched this TED Talk by Tony Robbins. I highly encourage you to watch it and take some notes. Then, go somewhere quiet and think about why you are doing whatever it is that you are doing and, perhaps, why you are not doing something else. It’s a simple question with a complex set of answers. If you figure it out, you’ll be armed with a powerful tool for personal change.
