Beachbody Ultimate Reset Phase 3

This is Day 19 and I’m checking in with an update on the Ultimate Reset Phase 3 and give you some final comments on what the Reset is all about. This phase is all about restoration.

We just got back from Phoenix, which was a bit challenging on the Ultimate Reset Cleanse. We were very committed to complete the full 21 days of this Cleanse, especially considering we were so close to the end.On the one hand, it was challenging—but, it also eliminated a lot of stress.

It was really hot, which created the perfect opportunity to test ourselves on drinking enough water. This program has really dialed me in to the importance of water for our body and consuming enough of it each day—half of your body weight in ounces.

Surprisingly, we were able to find enough healthy food, such as a micro green salad or sweet potatoes for BBQing and even vegan meals in a nearby restaurant. We weren’t starving, which helped us resist temptations. All in all, we didn’t feel deprived in any way.

Monica found an article on ‘skinny food’ with a list of foods identical to those from the Reset program. Found out some interesting information about sweet potatoes. Did you know they actually increase the production of compounds that signal your brain to stop eating? Good to know!

Coach Monica suggests two possible approaches for doing the Ultimate Reset Cleanse:

  1. Join a support group, which is beneficial for many reasons. Consult with your Coach if there are groups you can join in; if you aren’t already working with a coach, you can sign up with us and we’ll get you into a group. It is so much easier to go through this experience with someone else who is being challenged and has similar questions as you.
  2. Start your own Ultimate Reset challenge group. This is how Monica started her Beachbody career…creating groups of friends that challenged each another. You don’t have to be a Beachbody coach to have your own support group! If this sounds interesting to you and you’d like to give it a go, we can help you form the group and lead you throughout the program.

Being so close to the end makes you think about the challenges you’ve been through and what you’re going to do moving forward. You can’t help but think about how things that are definitely going to change and plan to keep up the positive changes. One thing I’m really looking forward to is going back to exercise since this has been a very long period for me without any strength training.

In two days, we’ll be at the end of the Ultimate Reset Phase 3 — and the entire program! This process has been transformational for both of us and we hope we sparked an interest in you to try it yourself!
