Review of the 21 Day Fix Review (Day 1)
I think I may be falling in love! Madly in love. Day 1 of the 21 Day Fix workout was both challenging and fun. I have some thoughts I wanted to share with you in my review of the 21 Day Fix (Day 1).
First, in my opinion, the 21 Day Fix is one of the easiest Beachbody programs to follow.
It lasts only 21 days, which is a very reasonable time commitment, while also being long enough to help you form permanent new habits. Think of it like a launching pad for learning the skills that will keep you healthy for a lifetime. The best part is no more counting calories! (Can I get a huge Woo Hoo???) The containers take the work—and guesswork—out of the nutritional portion of this program.
Second, the 21 Day Fix is a perfect workout for partners or spouses to do together.
The workouts are challenging enough for both men and women. (If you’ve got a doubter of the male persuasion on your hands, have them read this article by Dave—21 Day Fix for Guys). The portability of the food containers allows each person to prepare their meals together and take them on the go. Or, if one of you stays at home and does most of the cooking, then that person can prepare all the meals and easily pack them up.
