What is P90X3 all About? |

P90X3 is the latest of the P90X Workouts. It is not a sequel to P90X—it’s a totally new program with 16 ultra efficient 30-minute workouts.

That’s right—only 30 minutes—because not everyone has an hour a day to devote to fitness. In fact, most of us don’t. In P90X3, Tony Horton keeps the workouts moving and concentrated, so you get the same level of workout in less time.

Of course, there’s science behind this concept. The program’s “Muscle Acceleration System” makes the most of the 30 minutes as a result of concentrated variety and intensity.

Says Tony, “P90X3 isn’t half a workout. It’s a whole workout in half the time.”

The results speak for themselves. In Beachbody’s P90X3 test group, the participants—who were of various ages and fitness levels—lost an average of a third of their body fat!

One of the best aspects of the program is that you have a choice of three modes—Classic (to get “ripped”), Lean (to tone without bulking up), and Mass (to increase muscle mass).

If you have the original P90X DVD and you’re wondering whether P90X3 really works, just pull out the worksheets and do Chest & Back in 30 minutes. You can do it if you take short breaks and WORK. It will also crush you. If you don’t agree, the 90 day money back guarantee is your insurance. No questions asked.
