A Little Tip if You Hate Mondays

I truly hope you’re not one of those people who hate Mondays, but if you are, I have a little tip for you.

Try standing on a rock. It’s painful and will remind you how good you have it.

Great athletes and performers have a different relationship to the ground. They don’t simply walk across it. They use the ground. They drive into the ground. They are connected to the ground in a different way. When when you can establish the connection by kicking off your shoes and standing on a rock every morning. It hurts like hell. Make no mistake, it freaking hurts! But, it will wake you up, remind you how good you have it, and get you connected to the ground.

The next thing I want you to do is choose a path in life that has you excited for the start of a new week. Seriously…life is too dang short to hate Mondays.
