I started doing PiYo regularly in August. Before that I was struggling with being consistent with exercise and eating healthy. I joined the challenge to see if I could really stick with it. I want to be healthier so I have the energy to go on family outings and to keep up with daily activities I have to do. I was so discouraged at how I looked in family photos. Making the commitment to doing this challenge really helped me push myself to do the workouts even when I was telling myself I didn't want to or didn't have time. I'm excited that I stuck with it! Exercise has become a habit for me now! I love seeing pictures of me and my kids, my clothes fit better, and I feel good doing something for myself first every day.
