Hey everyone! I had a baby a year ago and worked hard to get back to the competing in triathlons. A month before the Boulder Ironman Triathlon, I decided to attempt it.

I wasn’t trained for that distance, but I thought “wouldn’t it be cool if I could finish an Ironman less than a year after having a baby!”

I did two weeks of as much training as I could fit in, which included creative workouts all day with my baby. I stayed motivated with Energize and healthy with Shakeology!

June 9th I completed the Ironman in 11:55, only 1 hour slower than 2 years ago when I was in the best shape of my life.

People told me that once I had my baby I would have to give up some of my dreams. I disagree! Make yourself a priority! You’re worth it!
