I needed a change; I was coming home from work so exhausted that I couldn't even enjoy playing with my son. He was so excited when I got home, and all I wanted to do was sit down or go to bed. It was time for a change. Shift Shop made me nervous, so I knew that was the program to commit too. The nutrition plan made it so simple, I was able to shop and meal prep on Sunday which helped encourage me to stay committed all week. Starting with 25 min workouts not only helped me mentally build up for harder workouts, but really built my stamina. By the last week I was feeling strong and energized. I was SO happy the first day I came home and actually was excited to play with my son again; I now have the energy to be a GOOD working Mom!
