I was encouraged to try the Transform 20 workout for 6 weeks by my Beachbody coach. She has seen me doing my consistent workout plan & still discouraged with how I looked as well as staying stagnant in my progress. I knew Shaun T plan would be awesome if I wanted to see a change & transformation! I also knew his workout would be hard as Hell but I could do it!! I’m so thankful for the transformation & his encouragement througout the entire workout! He knew exactly what to say each week to keep me involved! I was so happy to add my Committ, Climb, & Conquer stickers! 6 weeks!! Now I’m working on Sustainability as Shaun T recommended & I’m doing a second round with the weights! You have to want it to achieve it, AND I did‼️
