I’ve been burning the candle on both ends - not only could I feel it but I could SEE IT as well. My skin was on an all time high of outbreaks, I was always tired, and I was just going throughout the motions when it came to my job & my family. Despite on how hard I was working out, I wasn’t seeing any results - not like I had in the past.
The last 30 days I committed to 2B & a full nutrition reset.
My challenge group held me accountable with daily check ins and weekly call outs & the 2B guide kept me going on my nutrition and changing my mindset around food.
Since committing & focusing on my health, I’m finally back in my groove of cooking, meal prep & focused on my nutrition - and now I’m ready to rock the end of 2019!!
