Yes, A Little More Obsessed and A Little Obssessed are ONLY available on Beachbody on Demand.

No problem! All you have to do is get one between October 1 and November 30 to unlock your access to A Little MORE Obsessed. (New subscriptions in December do NOT qualify!)

If you already have an account on Teambeachbody.com, just log in and go shopping nutritional products, such as Shakeology, Performance, Beachbars, etc. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for one HERE.

If you’re a monthly nutritional subscriber prior to October 1, 2018, you’ll get an email confirming your qualification before October 8, 2018. If you become a monthly nutritional subscriber between October 1 and November 30, you’ll get an email within 48 hours of your purchase confirming access to A Little More Obsessed.

Yes, if the workouts are too tough for you, you can follow the modifier until you’re ready to be fully obsessed!
