This is a GREAT way to stay accountable and take time to reflect on whether you’re doing the activity that’s going to get you to your goal.
It’s important to anticipate any upcoming events that could derail your program. Rather than set yourself up for failure, you just adjust the schedule so they fall on Recovery Week. If you end up taking a day or two off, because you’re tired from traveling or whatever, it won’t be such a big deal. You just get back at it the following week and have Phase II as a new challenge.
