Shift Shop Workout
The Shift Shop workout, one of the new Beachbody workouts in 2017, will give you maximum results in minimum time. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced fitness fanatic, young or middle-aged or “mature,” you’ll rebuild your body with the help of a breakthrough “ramp-up” method developed by trainer, Chris Downing.
Chris will start you off slow, then gradually increase the intensity each week—all while dialing in on your nutrition. You can potentially lose up to 10 pounds in 3 weeks and end up with a totally transformed body.
