  1. Mix ground chicken with egg white and seasoned bread crumbs.
  2. Form mixture into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Toss meatballs with tomato sauce and pasta and serve with the steamed green beans.
Recipe Notes

* For a 400 calorie meal, simple add 2 oz more chicken breast, 1 Tbs more bread crumbs, and use a total of 2/3 cup pasta.
