Some people are concerned they’re going to have to eat nothing but tofu and rice cakes for 21 days on the 21 DAY FIX PROGRAM. Many have asked us “Can I eat foods I like on the 21 Day Fix?.” The answer is YES – but, a qualified one. If the foods you like include Doritos and ice cream, then you’re going to be a bit disappointed. The 21 DAY FIX is about learning to eat good, whole and healthy foods. Particularly, foods with “one ingredient,” like a strawberry or some chicken. Stuff that comes from the ground or, at one point, walked the earth – preferably in an open environment rather than a pen.
