Some people wonder, “Can I follow the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan only and do different workouts?” If you are too, I have good news.
Yes, you CAN just do the 21 Day Fix nutrition part of the program! In fact, I do this myself on some rounds. Sometimes I want to work on my flexibility, so I pull out my PiYo DVDs. The combination of yoga and pilates—and Chalene Johnson’s energy—are just what my body needs every so often. Other times, I just feel like switching it up for some variety so I do a round of P90X, Cize, or something on Beachbody on Demand.
What’s most important is that you’re doing something! Just make sure you watch my video below so you do this the correct way:
