What is a Timed Nutrition Plan?
A Timed Nutrition Plan is an eating plan that is structured in a way that you eat small meals consisting of certain types of food at 2-3 hour intervals throughout the day. By eating the right healthy energy producing foods at specific times before and after your workouts, your body will be adequately fueled to workout and will benefit from optimal calorie placement. No need for those workouts to be any harder than then need to be, right???

The Best Timed Nutrition Plan

The 80 Day Obsession’s Timed Nutrition Plan uses the Portion Fix/21 Day Fix containers and a specifically timed container allotment plans to help you achieve maximum results. The meals, containers, and nutritional supplements are all laid out for you and you can use the blank Menu Planner to stay on track. Not only do you know when you’re eating, but you’ll know exactly what (and how many) containers to use for each meal and the optimal time to use nutritional supplements to make you feel better.
You might be wondering how this works if Autumn doesn’t know whether you workout in the morning, midday or evening. Of course, she’s thought of that! The Program Guide, which is included in the Program Materials on Beachbody on Demand, has Timed Nutrition Plans for each of these workout times.
There are also three types of days in the 80 day program—a Regular day, a Refeed day (gives you more Purple/Fruit, Yellow/Healthy Carbs and Green/Veggie containers), and a Deplete day (removes the Purple/Fruit and a Yellow/Healthy Carbs container). These plans are designed to really dial in to what your body needs for best performance, to aid in muscle repair and recovery, and maximize your results.
