All About Beachbody Nutrition on BODi
I’m super excited about the new BODi Beachbody Nutrition package, especially with the holidays here in full force.
I know it’s a real struggle for a lot of people to stick to healthy routines during the holidays. Some people stress eat through their holiday emotions, while others just like to attend all the parties and eat ALL the fun foods!
