Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Fire Workout & the Turbo Fire Nutrition Plan
Chalene Johnson’s Turbo Fire fitness program is here! In this post, I’ll let you know what it’s all about and fill you in on the Turbo Fire Nutrition Plan.
Turbo Fire is an intense 90-day cardio-based program that will help you lose those pounds by burning more fat and calories than regular cardio. The program includes 12 fat-burning classes that range in length from 10 to 55 minutes. The classes include “Fire Drills,” which are High Intensity Interval Training sessions [HIIT], that push you to your max with up to one minute bursts and quick recovery periods. HIITs have been found to boost your metabolism and help your body to burn more calories…both during AND for up to 24 hours after your workout.
The program includes the following five DVDs:
- Fire Starter Class. Chalene breaks down every move for you at a slow pace to prepare you for HIIT classes.
- Low Hiits. “Low” as in low-impact, not low intensity. In fact, these classes are quite high-intensity workouts and are designed to help your body keep burning calories after the workout is done.
- Fire Hiits. These longer cardio classes featuring more calorie-burning HIITs to help develop your endurance.
- Extreme Hiits. You’ll give it your all for up to one minute intervals during these classes and burn calories for up to 24 hours AFTER you’re done.
- Stretch 10 Class. Designed to increase your flexibility, reduce soreness, and warm down.
