Introducing Vegan Tropical Shakeology

Have a dairy intolerance? Are you a vegan? Feeling tropical? Then, the new Vegan Tropical Shakeology is definitely for you.

We are very excited to have this new vegan formulation of Shakeology. Instead of the dairy-based whey isolate protein that’s used in the regular Shakeology formulation, Beachbody uses a vegan protein blend made from pea and rice protein. [Great news…there is NO soy!] As always, everything is all natural and top quality.

By replacing animal proteins with plant-based proteins, you reap the following benefits:

  • Help you maintain a healthy weight
  • Have fewer digestive issues
  • Feel more energetic

It’s called tropical for a reason. In addition to the luscious flavor of strawberry, Vegan Tropical Shakeologyhas pineapple to make it tangy and guava to sweeten it up. Click here to see all the ingredients:

Shakeology is available in 30-serving bags and 24 packet boxes. A couple things to consider when deciding which way to go—the packets are more convenient on the go and offer the option of mixing up your flavors.

Definitely head over to our Shakeology page to learn more about this incredible supplement. It’s an integral part of our daily diet and, in fact, truly is our healthiest meal of the day.

UPDATE: In mid-2014, Beachbody updated their vegan Shakeology flavors to include GMO-free oat protein, in addition to the original blend of pea and rice. The result? The texture is smoother and creamier—and, the oats add essential amino acids (including leucine, isoleucine, and lysine). Also, a switch to agave as the primary sweetener results in slightly lower sugar content and carbs.
