Can I cheat on the 21 Day Fix? Yes, people actually ask me this! But, I understand—it’s scary to commit to a nutritionally structured meal plan after you have been allowing yourself to cave to your cravings.
Nobody can be 100% perfect 100% of the time. But, remember, we ARE talking about only 21 days here. My stance is that it’s best to commit to staying true to the program for these 21 days in order to maximize the results and retrain your body and mind. In between rounds, you can give yourself little treats—the ultimate goal being treats you don’t eat—and then start the next 21 days of clean and healthy portion-controlled eating.
