Is the 21 Day Fix a Fad Diet?
Is the 21 Day Fix a fad diet? Is it a just another quick fix? The latest trend that will fade away when the next easy weight loss solution comes on the market.
I can totally understand why people might suspect this. We are bombarded with get thin quick remedies and diets, so it’s no wonder.
My short answer to this question is an unequivocal “No!” Hopefully, by the end of this post, you’ll trust me enough to get back to work changing your lifestyle with the 21 Day Fix.
I just gave you a hint. When you have a coach using words like “work” and “changing your lifestyle,” it’s a sign that a program is totally legitimate. Most fad diets are trying to sell you on how easy they are and how fast they work. Well, I am NOT going to do that.
What I am going to tell you is that the 21 Day Fix is a legit opportunity to spend 21 days working hard to learn AND practice new healthy habits that will benefit you for a lifetime. While you will very likely see some results fairly quickly, REAL results take a full round—sometimes several—to happen.
Changing one’s lifestyle is NOT easy because you have to undo decades of bad habits and mindsets. Check out my video where I talk more about this:
