At the core of my own 21 Day Fix meal planning and prep is my favorite mantra for ALL aspects of my life—KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Having several “go to” meals, doing meal planning [using my 21 Day Fix Meal Planner] and meal prep on a weekly basis, and using leftovers are key parts of success with the nutritional portion of the 21 Day Fix.
