Body Beast Calorie Calculator

You have found THE Body Beast calorie calculator!

Calculating your calories can be a real drag. It varies for everyone—the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you need and vice versa. Most of you guys use very a complicated formula.

To make it easier for you, I’ve taken the complex Body Beast calorie calculation and converted it into a spreadsheet that will do the calculating for you—all you need to know is your weight and body fat.

Read on to understand the Body Beast calorie calculator and the Body Beast Meal Plan.

Body Beast Meal Plan

First and foremost, I want to talk about the Body Beast meal plan and why getting your calories right is so important when you are doing this or any other program.

If you’re looking to gain weight, obviously you want it to come from muscle NOT fat. The Body Beast Meal Plan is designed to help you with that, so get educated on it.

There are certain scientific facts that govern health and fitness—and you should NOT try to skirt or change a fact. It’s important to understand AND surrender to them.

One important fact is—if you eat more calories than you burn, you WILL gain weight. It’s as simple as that. For some, it’s easy to gain weight and others constantly struggle to gain weight.

If you want to gain weight on Body Beast, the solution is quite simple—eat more food. But, you want to eat the RIGHT foods because whether you gain muscle or fat largely depends on what type of food you eat (and whether or not you exercise).

Junk food is NOT allowed, so don’t expect to get great results if you eat potato chips, McDonald’s, and other crappy foods.

If you want to gain lean muscle and see great results, make sure to follow the Body Beast rules and say goodbye to any unhealthy eating habits. Eat nutrient dense, good quality, and whole foods—and take supplements to help you gain muscle mass—and the weight you gain will be lean muscle weight.

Of course, if you want to achieve maximum results, you will have to follow the Body Beast exercise regime as well.
