You may have heard of the 3 Day Quick Fix that is a part of Autumn Calabrese’s 21 Day Fix program. I want to make sure you understand how this helpful tool works.

What the 3 Day Quick Fix is Not

Let’s start with what it is NOT. The 3 Day Quick Fix is NOT intended to be a permanent solution to anyone’s weight issues or promote a yo-yo dieting mentality. Autumn is a firm believer that being healthy and looking fabulous takes a LIFETIME of commitment, so she created the 21 Day Fix program to help people permanently change their lifestyle so they can stop chasing after the next fad diet.

Why Do the 3 Day Quick Fix?

Even committed healthy eaters sometimes just need a little extra help dropping a few extra pounds. Here are several reasons why you might consider using the 3 Day Quick Fix to accomplish this goal:

  • You have an upcoming wedding, high school reunion, or other special event.
  • You’re going on vacation and want to rock that bikini extra hard.
  • You have a formal business event to attend and want that tight-fitting evening gown to look extra fabulous.
  • You need a reboot to break some bad habits you’ve fallen into.
  • You are having professional photos taken and you want to look your very best.
  • …or, you’re going to Beachbody’s Coach Summit with thousands of other coaches!

How to Do the 3 Day Quick Fix

The 3 Day Quick Fix is NOT meant to be done for any longer than three days and IS meant to be done occasionally. It’s best to integrate it into the end of your 21 Day Fix round, starting it on Day 19. A little perk of this plan is even better “After” pics!

When NOT to Do the 3 Day Quick Fix

If you have any serious medical issues, especially any specifically with blood sugar regulation, this probably isn’t for you. Also, it’s definitely not for pregnant women. It’s always best to consult your doctor before doing anything like this if you’re not sure.

If you’re doing the 3 Day Quick Fix, listen to your body. If you’re feeling lightheaded or just plain sick, don’t ignore it—stop!
