Coach Dave & the 2B Mindset Test Group

Co-created by Ilana Muhlstein, the 2B Mindset is a nutrition-based program that will be released by Beachbody in May 2018. It’s a healthy approach to eating that is not about deprivation—it is about giving you proven strategies that will help eat healthy and lose or maintain your weight in real life situations, satisfy your cravings, and stay one step ahead of setbacks so you can prevent them before they happen. It’s not a diet, it’s a mindset. And, to say that I’m stoked to be in the 2B Mindset Test Group is an understatement.

I can’t say a whole lot about my test group experience yet (trust me, I would if I could). I can tell you that it’s a super flexible program that works really well for me because it fits into my day-to-day real life and that I’ve already lost several pounds and feel fantastic.

One of the best things about it is that it’s solely a NUTRITION program—that’s right, NO exercise! I love this because I do a lot of outdoor exercise (like surfing, cycling, etc.) and I don’t like being tied down to a fitness regime that demands too much of me.

Now, you’ll just have to be patient until I can share the rest after the 2B Mindset Test Group is done! In the meantime, here’s a video about “the start.” It’s the start that stops most people. I’m dealing with some of that now:

When the 2B Mindset is released, I’ll be extremely excited to introduce it to others to see if it’s an equally good fit for them.
