3 Ways Having (and Being) a Beachbody Coach Benefits You

How Having a Beachbody Coach Benefits You

Today I want to share three BIG ways that having a Beachbody Coach benefits you.

Let’s face it, making a major lifestyle change is challenging. It’s tough enough that many people never even attempt it. But, making the choice to quit “dieting” and live a healthier lifestyle puts you on the road to a happy, healthy mind, body and soul.

Having a Beachbody Coach supporting you while you make the changes helps you get better results and can push you to the next level.

When I think about how Beachbody coaching benefits my customers, three things stand out for me the most. I am constantly doing these three things for my coaches and my customers:

1. Build Relationships

The first awesome and helpful thing that Beachbody Coaches do is build relationships. They usually do this by building relationships with their individual customers and within some sort of supportive community. (For me, this is Coach Monicas Fix Family Facebook Group.)

It’s been shown that people are much more likely to meet their health and fitness goals if they have relationships with people who encourage and support them on their journey. It makes my heart happy to help my customers in this way!

The stronger these relationships are, the more accountable people are to themselves and to each other.

As a Beachbody Coach, I make myself available through texting or phone calls (with boundaries, of course!) and I invest time in building an educational and supportive Facebook community to help everyone I coach build relationships that will boost their chances of success.

When it comes to permanent change, your relationships make a big difference!

We’ve all heard it before—your tribe impacts your vibe. When you’re around healthy, motivated and positive people, it rubs off on you!

2. Accountability

A supportive community helps both customer and coach in so many ways, but especially when it comes to being accountable—for your commitment, for doing personal development, for loving and caring for yourself, and so much more.

It helps get people out of the mindset of relying solely on their coach (to text, call or work out with them every day) to keep them on track by connecting those who are on the same journey so they can form mutually beneficial relationships to help each other stay accountable.

My Fix Family Facebook group has some who are there to practice the program in smaller doses, while others are going hard to accelerate their goals. There’s no right or wrong way!

They all share a desire to life a healthy lifestyle.

To get the most accountability possible, it’s important to be engaged in your community—post about your journey, share tips, let everyone know what motivates you and how you need help. When you’re engaged, others will engage and everyone benefits!

And, by everyone, I mean the Beachbody Coach who created the group, too!

I’m so grateful when people take the time to reach out and text me or leave a comment for me in the community. (I’m sure you would be, too!) When my group is active, with members asking and answer questions and giving each other virtual high fives, not only is it fulfilling, but it helps keep me on track.

3. Recognition

As a Beachbody Coach, I am here to acknowledge your efforts and achievements. We coaches do this directly through phone calls, texts, or Facetime calls and through our group platforms so you can get acknowledgement from many.

We all like affirmation. I LOVE affirmation—in all its many wonderful forms. I love gifts, acts of service, and words of affirmation, too! I love it when I get a text acknowledging all my hard work. And, I know you do, too.

I encourage my Fix Family group members to give what they want to get—to show up and take part in a wonderful, loving, non-judgmental community. When someone shares a success or even a failure, I encourage them to recognize her/him and be supportive with a comment. (I really do mean non-judgmental—anyone who can’t be loving just doesn’t belong in this type of group!)

As a Beachbody Coach, I’m committed to my customers—and my group is committed to supporting, being kind and celebrating each other.
