HE’S BAAAACK to LIIFT more!!! Four years ago, Joel Freeman gave us LIIFT4 and it was wildly popular. Four days a week of combo LIFT and HIIT workouts. People loved it.
But, there were enough people (like me) out there who wanted MORE weights and a little less cardio. Joel listened and has now given us LIIFT More by Beachbody.
About LIIFT More by Beachbody
LIIFT MORE is an 8-week program that makes serious strength training approachable for anyone.
Using a tried-and-true formula of classic weightlifting, HIIT, and targeted core work, Joel helps you burn MORE fat and build MORE muscle to get lean, strong, and chiseled. He’ll push you out of your comfort zone and show you that lifting weights doesn’t have to be intimidating or complicated.
Whether you’re already a LIIFT4 fan or just looking for next-level results, Joel will help you push more than you ever thought possible.
The LIIFT More Format
Here’s how LIIFT More is set up:
- 40 real-time workouts
- 5 days a week, 35 to 45 minutes a day, for 8 weeks
- Two phases:
- Phase 1 alternates traditional weightlifting days with lift + HIIT days to help you build strength and lean muscle while burning fat
- Phase 2 follows a similar format, but Joel changes it up with new training splits, more volume, and more intensity
- Every workout ends with an abs-focused finisher to shred and strengthen your core
When Is LIIFT More by Beachbody Available?

The launch is in two phases:
Phase 1 started July 19th and is open to Coaches and Preferred Customers. (The Preferred Customer program is open to anyone and works like a Costco Membership. You pay a fee to get a discount. It’s a great deal…shoot me a message for more info.)
Phase 2 will open the program to everyone on August 2.

We regularly run groups for programs as they launch, but this time we are doing something a little different.
We’ve got a group that is exclusive to men…just for the fellas. We have about 25 guys who are charging through the program now, and another larger group will start on August 8th.
You can CONTACT ME for info on how to get access to this group.
If a men’s only group isn’t your cup of tea, then CONTACT MONICA to get info on the group she is running. It’s not exclusive to women, but has a primarily female base and may be a better fit for you.
We want to make sure we have something for everyone!

After a full week of doing LIIFT More by Beachbody, we can tell you that it WILL get you results—but, it’s up to you to decide to take on the challenge, commit to the process and then see results.
