January 1 is NOT the Only Day to Initiate Change
Happy November Healthy Fam! It’s that incredible time of year when many of us begin to dream of the possibilities of a major change…many of you envisioning the change to start on January 1.
January 1, 2024 will be the two-year anniversary of my “Dry January” challenge turning into a permanent lifestyle choice. I don’t know how you feel about alcohol (and that is definitely your business), but I was influenced by Dave Ramsey and wasteful behaviors. For me, consuming alcohol was one of them. I could not tell you how a glass of wine enhanced my meal…only how it had altered my mind. Ha!
So, I set aside that weekly money I was no longer spending on alcohol and took a trip to two places that were on my bucket list.
I’m coming to you today to remind you that there is so much you can track and accomplish in the next 60 days. That’s right you CAN get started on your 2024 goals NOW!
For one, you know our programs are as brief as 21 day cycles. Our Portion Fix and Ultimate Reset programs also run for 21 days. That means you can complete TWO FULL CYCLES before January 1. TWO!!!

The idea is to be able to take breaks or experience culinary delights without it derailing your overall journey.
The important thing is to be really honest with yourself and decide when you can eat off plan and when you sincerely don’t need to indulge!
