Did you know that eating a Mediterranean diet may lead to a longer life? Yep! That’s because it helps you manage your weight and fight cardiovascular disease.
According to an article by CNN, it’s because it’s “rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans and peas, unrefined grains, olive oil and fish. It keeps dairy, meat and saturated fats to a minimum. And you can have a glass of red wine with dinner without cheating.” (I especially like that last part…except that Autumn is a bit more strict when it comes to wine!)

This Greek Pita is something I came up with to keep my meals delicious and 21 Day Fix compliant. By no means is this just for Fix-ers. All of our recipes are just good clean and healthy eating, so no matter what fitness and nutrition program you're doing...buon appetito!
