P90X and Endurance Training
P90x and endurance training are a match made in Heaven.
As you may be aware, I’m very active on Twitter. On here, I’ve seen more and more long distance runners, cyclists and triathletes using P90X to gain the extra advantage and to help them promote flexibility and prevent injury. The best thing about the P90X program is its variety and flexibility. It is easily customizable and lends itself to endurance training extremely well. In addition, it includes stretching and intense power yoga videos.
