Become Indispensable

Many people believe that if they are indispensable their business never grows because everything is dependent on their every action. Far from it. When you become indispensable, you become the heartbeat of your organization. If you are doing the right things, then you are training your leaders to become indispensable as well.

in·dis·pen·sa·ble/ˌindiˈspensəbəl/: Adjective – Absolutely necessary or essential.

People need Beachbody coaches. Team Beachbody is not an affiliate marketing game. It’s a company with a heartfelt philosophy about helping people change their lives for the better. If you are not willing to become indispensable, then you’ll never get to the point where you are able to connect deeply with people. If you can’t deeply connect with people in a way that lets them know that their goals are as important to you as they are to them, then they may never achieve them.

Most people simply need to know that they are valued, appreciated, and important. You may be the only person that can give them that gift. It’s entirely possible, and all together likely, that you may be the first person in their life to take the time to make them feel special. And, if that’s true, then you are absolutely necessary. You are essential. You are indispensable.

This is so true Dave! And one of the many things to love about Team Beachbody. More than a fitness workout company, TBB is an avenue to life change, physical, mental, spiritual and yes, finanically too. You are a true leader and I know there are many people that thank you for coming into their lives as their coach. 🙂

Thanks Michelle – That’s very kind. Who we are and what we do is very important to me. We have such a great opportunity to make an impact.
