Insanity Protein Pancake Recipe

Those days when I’m in charge of making breakfast, I’ll often choose to make the Insanity Protein Pancake recipe from the Insanity Elite Nutrition Guide. They are delicious and give my body what it needs to start the day off on the right nutrition.

The Insanity Nutrition Guide is full of super easy recipes and ideas, all organized in five evenly balanced meals a day. In fact, some are too easy NOT to make.

Insanity Protein Pancakes have a whopping 31 grams of protein, which is a nice little protein bomb! It is, more or less, like a cross between a regular pancake and an omelet with a couple of twists.

Here are the ingredients that you’ll need for ONE pancake:

  1. (1) egg
  2. (2) egg whites
  3. (1) scoop protein powder
  4. (¼) cup instant oatmeal (since I’m out of oatmeal, I’ll be using flax seed meal instead)

Don’t forget to multiply the ingredients if you’re making this breakfast for more people.

All you have to do is mix everything together and pour the pancake dough into your pan, just like you would when you’re making an omelet. Here’s a little how to video on making the Insanity Protein Pancakes…enjoy!

Another great Insanity breakfast to fuel you up for the day is the Insanity Protein Omelet.
