There are SO many reasons to get Beachbody on Demand—Autumn Calabrese’s Fixate Cooking Show is at the top of the list! Released in August 2016, it is a fabulous followup to Autumn’s popular Fixate cookbook. 

The Calabrese family is full of talented foodies. Their father owned a restaurant, which gave both Autumn and her brother, Bobby, a passionate interest in food and cooking. Autumn’s went in the fitness and nutrition direction, eventually creating the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan and Workout, and Bobby became a professional chef and has spent more than two decades in top kitchens all over the world.

They come together as a well-balanced team in the kitchen on the Fixate Cooking Show to share healthy AND delicious recipes with their Beachbody on Demand viewers. Their singular goal is to help us plan and prepare delicious AND nutritious meals and snacks that fit into the 21 Day Fix or 21 Day Fix Extreme eating plan.

In each episode, they prepare one vegan, vegetarian, paleo, or gluten-free recipe using Autumn’s simple color-coded portion-control container system. They walk you through the full recipe, giving you tips and tricks along the way. You can download and print the recipe AND grocery lists from the Beachbody On Demand site.

Although I strongly encourage everyone to keep it simple by adopting the buffet style meal prep system when getting started on the 21 Day Fix, you never have to get stuck in a boring food rut or resort to unhealthy recipes for holidays and special occasions. Once you get a handle on the portion-controlled eating plan, by all means, add variety and get creative with your meals or come here for ideas to create your healthy dinner party menus—AND still reach your weight loss goals.

If anyone ever says eating healthy can’t taste great, they don’t know what they are talking about. And, you do NOT have to be a celebrity trainer or master chef to prepare delicious and healthy meals that will keep you on track with your weight loss goals.
