Those of you who know me know that I am not a big recipe person. I’m a HUGE fan of buffet style meal prep because of it’s simplicity. BUT, there are times (like the holidays!) when you need a delicious HEALTHY recipe. Autumn Calabrese’s 21 Day Fix Cookbook is absolutely PERFECT for these times—if you’re a 21 Day Fixer, FIXATE is a must.
The recipes in FIXATE let you enjoy food AND stay on track with your weight loss program or healthy lifestyle. I’ll say it over and over again until I’m blue in the face—eating clean does NOT mean you have to feel deprived. Whole food nutrition can totally be delicious!

Autumn has included a mix of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and paleo recipes so I’m pretty sure you’ll find something that fits your dietary needs—and, of course, you can use it with any of the Beachbody programs. There are even yummy recipes for snacks, desserts AND cocktails! (Have I mentioned that I love Autumn???) PLUS you get her personal tips on organizing your kitchen, preparing meals quickly, cooking extra so you have leftovers to eat on your busiest days, and creating lifelong healthy eating habits.
