10 Rounds Workout + 2B Mindset Nutrition
I was recently inspired by another Beachbody Coach who is super close to reaching her goal of losing 200 pounds. (Wow, right???) She did it by combining various Beachbody workouts with the 2B Mindset nutrition program—and I decided to do the same. I’m going to filming daily fitness diary videos and posting them here.
My goal is to both keep myself motivated and track and to show my accountability group (and you!) my journey in the hopes of inspiring you to join me.
My 6 Week Plan
WORKOUT: 10 Rounds
NUTRITION: 2B Mindset
Beachbody launched their newest program—10 Rounds by Joel Freeman—just a couple of weeks ago. I’m super excited to try a boxing workout! It’s Beachbody and my first ever. (I never worry about being a first timer since all of the programs use modifiers for those who want to make it easier or harder.)
This program is a full-body workout using punching combos and intense weight training. It’s a six week program with five 30-40 minute workouts a week (3 days of boxing and 2 days of weight lifting).

For my nutrition, I’m going to do Ilana Muhlstein’s 2B Mindset eating plan. It’s pretty different than the 21 Day Fix (you can read a comparison of the two nutrition programs HERE).

2B Mindset is less structured than the 21 Day Fix and is based on these four core principles:
- Water first
- Veggies most
- Track your food
- Weigh yourself daily
My Online Fitness Accountability Group
I’m not crazy about being in front of the camera, but it’s something I’m doing to help everyone in my online fitness accountability group—and, you too, of course.

It's very likely my hair will be messy and my kids and/or dogs may interrupt me. I'll definitely be honest and real about my journey, which is all I know how to be these days!
