How to Simplify the 21 Day Fix

When you’re first starting, the 21 Day Fix can seem challenging to figure out, but I assure you that it really isn’t. I’m here to show you one way that I make things easier on myself in order to simplify the 21 Day Fix.

There is a lot of variety in the food choices for each container, which gives you loads of options. That’s great for the long-term because it gives you variety so you don’t get bored. But, in the beginning, all of these options can be overwhelming. And, when most people get overwhelmed, they freeze up. I don’t want you getting stuck! So, I’m going to share a tip about my shopping list.

I like to keep my shopping list simple—and my grocery bill small. My guess is that you would like to do the same thing! I want to show you what my shopping list looks like this week. Of course, my selections for each container reflect my personal preferences…this is just to serve as a guide for you, so you can create your own simple list based on your own likes and dislikes. This will hopefully help get you started!

A few notes to start:

  • I always have Dijon mustard, olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, and Siracha on hand.
  • I make my own salad dressings! (Check out our Pinterest board or use the dressing recipes from Autumn’s Fixate Cookbook).
  • I always have a base of my favorites for my mixed green salad.
