What to Do After Finishing P90X

What to Do After Finishing P90X | by Dave Ward of TheFitClubNetwork.comP90X is a 90-day program during which most people experience incredible results. What happens when that 90 days comes to an end? I can assure you…you have not reached the Finish Line. Day 91 is the starting point for the rest of your life. Let’s take a look about what to do after finishing P90X…

Of course, what you ultimately do when you finish P90X is up to you. The vast majority of people restart the program and make modifications to suit their personal needs, such as switching to the “Lean” or “Doubles” version. After my 90 days was complete, I did P90X+ and then started triathlon training. Last year, I was far too absorbed with triathlon, which resulted in me stopping strength training and yoga. That was a big mistake. This year, I am using P90X and P90X+ to supplement my triathlon training, which means that I do doubles about three times a week. Being an exercise junkie, that’s okay with me.

So, what will you do on Day 91? Here’s a video that explains more about what is in the program and why Day 90 is really a starting point, not the finish line:

[A note: In the video, I mention $140 as the cost of P90X. That was the total cost, including shipping, at the time of filming. Please either contact me by clicking on the button below or talk with your coach for current pricing and promotions so you can get your authentic copy of this awesome program.]
