Banana Body Beast Pancakes

You have to eat BIG with Body Beast. And, what better way to pack on the calories than with some Body Beast pancakes?!? So, here you go…a killer Body Beast breakfast recipe to start your day.

I generally eat about 2,000 calories a day, so it’s a challenge for me to pack in a full 2,900! And, not just any 2,900 calories, but balanced at a macronutrient ratio of 30% protein, 50% carb (yeah, 50%), and 20% fat. To help me get all these calories, I’m taking a break from paleo and eating lots of grains for two months. In Month 3, I will drop down to about 1,900 calories per day with a macronutrient ratio of 40% protein, 30% carb, and 20% fat, which is more manageable and healthier over the long-term.
