Meet Lori (107 Pounds Lost)

Meet Joseph (111 Pounds Lost)
Joseph proves it’s never too late to start your transformation. At 65, this father of six and grandfather of 20 decided it was time for a change. Using Beachbody programs, he lost 111 pounds in 11 months!
Joseph and his wife loved going on cruises, but the heavier he got, the less he enjoyed it.
“I felt depressed, self-conscious, I had no self-esteem. Something had to change.” said Joseph.
Like Lori, Joseph started with the 21 Day Fix (nutrition and workouts).
“The first three weeks was very challenging,” said Joseph. He was grateful for the modifiers, allowing him to workout at the level he was capable of.

Amber’s Story (130 Pounds Lost)
After seeing her young daughter on the kitchen floor surrounded by Doritos, Amber realized it was time for a change. She didn’t want her own bad habits influencing her daughter’s life negatively as she grew.
