BODi and Golf Forever for Golf Fitness
As a golfer, you know that the better your physical fitness, the better your game will be. But, what if you don’t have time to go to the gym? Or, what if you’re looking for a workout that’s specifically designed for golfers? That’s where BODi, and maybe Golf Forever, comes in.
BODi is a streaming fitness platform that offers a variety of workouts that can be done at home. Golf Forever is an at-home training system specifically for golfers.
BODi & Golf Forever
I really like the equipment from Golf Forever. There is an app that provides golfers with personalized workout plans and instructional videos, but at almost $200 per year, I just didn’t feel like the subscription added enough value over what I already have with BODi at a lower price. With that said, the equipment from Golf Forever is fantastic and easy to use on your own.
I’ve been using both BODi and the Golf Forever Swing Trainer for a few months now and I’ve seen a significant improvement in my golf game. My swing is more powerful, my accuracy is better, and I’m able to play longer rounds without getting tired, particularly when walking the course.
If you’re looking for a way to improve your golf game, I highly recommend giving BODi a try. It’s user friendly and can be done at home with minimal equipment. And, maybe check out the Golf Forever equipment and their free 30-day trial.
The 645 Program for Golf
My personal favorite BODi workout for golf is 645 by Amoila Cesar.
The 645 Program includes a variety of workouts, each with its own focus. The strength workouts focus on building strength and power, while the cardio workouts focus on burning calories and improving your cardiovascular health. The mobility and stability workouts focus on improving your flexibility and range of motion. It’s perfect for golf.
Here are a few of the benefits of using BODi for golf:
- Improved flexibility and range of motion: BODi workouts focus on stretching and mobilizing the body, which can help improve your flexibility and range of motion. This is important in golf, as you need to be able to make a full swing without feeling any pain.
- Increased strength and power: BODi workouts are designed to build strength and power, which can help you hit the ball further and with more accuracy.
- Improved balance and coordination: BODi workouts also focus on balance and coordination, which can help you maintain your balance while swinging the club. This is important in golf, as you need to be able to make a smooth swing without losing your balance.
- Reduced risk of injury: BODi workouts can help reduce your risk of injury by strengthening the muscles around your joints. This is important in golf, as you are putting a lot of stress on your body when you swing the club.
Golf Forever also offers a free 30 day trial of their subscription, but there is enough free content on YouTube that I just could not see the value of something so specific to golf vs. BODi that addresses all areas of fitness, nutrition and mental health.
