How BODi Can Help You Improve Your Golf Game

Golf is a challenging and, let’s face it, addicting, sport that requires a lot of physical and mental strength. If you want to be successful, it’s important to be in good physical condition. BODi can help you improve your golf game by providing you with a variety of workouts that will help you get stronger, faster, and more flexible so your golf fitness is on par.

What is BODi?

BODi is a streaming fitness platform that offers a variety of workouts that can be done at home. The workouts are designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. While none of the workouts on BODi are golf-specific, there are a wide variety that can help you improve your golf fitness, swing and your overall game by focusing on the fundamentals important to a golf swing.

My personal favorite is 645 by Amoila Cesar. The 645 Program includes a variety of workouts, each with its own focus. The strength workouts focus on building strength and power, while the cardio workouts focus on burning calories and improving your cardiovascular health. The mobility and stability workouts focus on improving your flexibility and range of motion. It’s perfect for golf.

How Can BODi Help You Improve Your Golf Fitness (and Game)?

There are a number of ways that BODi can help you improve your golf fitness and game.

First, BODi can help you get stronger. A strong body is essential for a good golf swing giving you the power to hit the ball further and the control to execute more accurate shots.

Second, BODi can help you gain swing speed. A faster swing will help you hit the ball further and more accurately. BODi can help you improve your speed by working on your leg muscles, core and the mobility and stability of joints, like your hips.

Third, BODi can help increase flexibility. A flexible body is essential for a good golf swing. Flexibility allows you to make a full, flowing and powerful swing without feeling any pain. BODi can help you improve your flexibility by working on your hamstrings, your quadriceps, back muscles and joint mobility.

Fourth, BODi can help you improve your balance. Good balance will allow you to make a smooth swing while maintaining spine angle and limiting head movement. BODi can help you improve your balance by working on your core muscles and your joints, like the hips, back and ankles.
