HEALTHY P90X RECIPES: Sweet Potato Omelet | TheFitClubNetwork.comThis is a super easy Sweet Potato Omelet recipe that’s packed with protein and nutrients.

Sweet potatoes are one of our favorite healthy foods. Here are just a few of their nutritious benefits:

  • Excellent source of Vitamins B6 and C
  • High in fiber
  • Good source of iron, magnesium and potassium
  • Balanced energy source

And, they’re incredibly versatile. You can use them in salads, soups, as a main or side dish, and as a tasty ingredient in dishes like this.

So go forth and make omelets! For breakfast, lunch or dinner—whether you’re doing P90X, Insanity, or just eating clean and healthy.
