Anyone who knows Autumn Calabrese knows she is super passionate and extremely knowledgable about all things health and fitness. I can assure you with confidence that she’s not out to sell us anything she doesn’t wholeheartedly believe in. When she reviews something, I listen! In the video below, Autumn Calabrese reviews the Beachbody Performance line.
First, I’d like to take a moment to share more about my favorite fitness trainer.
Who is Autumn Calabrese?
Autumn Calabrese is FAR from just a celebrity spokesmodel. Yes, she’s become a celebrity and she is one of Beachbody’s most prominent and popular spokesmodels, but she got to this position as a result of her hard work, passion, and smarts. Her resumé also includes:
- Certified fitness trainer
- National bikini competitor
- Fitness program creator.
Not only are the wildly successful 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme her babies, but she also partnered with Sagi Kalev on Hammer and Chisel and is behind the soon-to-be-launched Country Heat dance workout.
She’s delineated herself from other fitness trainers through her portion control approach to nutrition, which has been a life changer for me. Her goal is to help people build a strong nutritional foundation by teaching them how to make healthier food choices and eat the correct portions.
She also emphasizes consistent exercise with the ultimate goal being a sustainable lifestyle change, not just a temporary diet. A TON of people have lost a TON of weight on her programs…just ask the people in my Fix Family accountability group!
Autumn’s credentials are super impressive. She he has personal training certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) AND the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) and she is the the fitness specialist for ModernMom.com. Her programs have been featured in numerous publications and television shows.
Having met her personally on numerous occasions, I can tell you that she’s infectious, supportive, and super motivating. We actually had her come teach and work out with the high level coaches on our team—Autumn Calabrese Working Out! I was seriously starstruck.
The Beachbody Performance Line
In the video below, Autumn talks about how the Beachbody Performance Line fits into her fitness routine.
The line includes the following four supplements, which are super easy to use, very tasty, and definitely effective:
