Both Insanity and Insanity the Asylum are 60-day programs that are designed to push your cardiovascular fitness to a new level through mostly plyometric type moves and a high intensity interval training that is unlike any other workout on the market. Instead of performing short high intensity intervals, followed by long recovery periods, you’ll be doing high intensity intervals, followed by very short recovery periods.

Two new tools that come with Insanity the Asylum—the Speed Rope and the Agility Ladder—will torch those calories and help you become quicker on your feet while also measuring your progress.

4. A New Meal Plan
