3 Day Shakeology Cleanse Instructions

I do the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse regularly — to kick off a new workout or to recover from overindulgence. This cleanse is an alternative to the 3 Day Refresh Cleanse. In this post, I dig deeper into why I do it and give you the full instructions.

Why Do the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse?

First of all, let’s talk about the different reasons to do the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse:

  • WEIGHT LOSS—Most people who do the cleanse lose between 3-5 pounds, some even more, so weight loss is definitely a reason to do it. (Note that a good part of this occurs because of the loss of bloating from water weight.)
  • DETOX—Another reason to do the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse is to flush toxins from your body and recharge your system. You can see on the instructions that you are eating very CLEAN, which is a great thing to do for your body periodically.
  • REBOOT—This is usually my primary reason. I use it to reboot my mind and body, typically just before a round of the 21 Day Fix. It helps me charge forward feeling extra good, because I’m really taking care of myself.
  • MAX YOUR RESULTS—Adding the 3 Day Shakeology cleanse to the beginning or end of a found is a fabulous way to max your Fix results, which is especially important if you’ve got a big special event on the horizon.
  • RECOVER—If you went overboard on a recent vacation or during the summer break, the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse is an excellent way to reduce your net consequences!

For more details on why you should consider doing a three day cleanse in general, read this post—Why Do a 3 Day Cleanse?
