Week 2 of the 10 Rounds Tour in Las Vegas
Beachbody’s first boxing workout is almost here and we are super excited! Have you heard about the 10 Rounds Bus Tour? Joel Freeman and his team toured a handful of iconic U.S. cities getting people pumped up for the program launch. First stop was Los Angeles—the second week of the 10 Rounds Tour in Las Vegas was next.
Super Trainer Joel Freeman is the man behind 10 Rounds, a high-intensity boxing program that targets your entire body with a combo of punching and weight training.
The 10 Rounds program is a six week deal with a total of five 30-40 minute weekly workouts (3 days of boxing and 2 days of lifting).
The program became available to coaches on March 16 and the VIP Early Access and customer launch is happening on April 6. 10 Rounds will become part of the Beachbody on Demand library on October 1, 2020.

In Week 2, Joel and the team bring the 10 Rounds Workout to the 55th Floor of The Palms in Las Vegas. What was once a nightclub because a workout set. Very cool.
This week, conditioning increases, the core defensive element begins with slips and rolls, and you continue to refine your footwork. The strength component also starts courtesy of the resistance bands. And, always a core workout.
This program is not just about boxing—you’re not just throwing combinations. You’ll be working on agility, conditioning, and you are building muscle and feeling it in your arms, legs and booty! And, the sweating continues.

Ryan M. committed to the entire six week 10 Rounds program and got some serious results.
